Thank you to everyone who has joined us for Hub on Wheels in the past and we look forward to having you join us for the best-ever ride this year!  Please stay tuned for even more info about the 2016 citywide ride!

Whether you have ridden for each of the past 11 years or are contemplating joining in for the first time, we look forward to seeing you early on the morning of Sunday, September 18 on City Hall Plaza! Start preparing now to pedal along car-free Storrow Drive, explore historic neighborhoods, and take in views of the Boston Harbor with thousands of fellow cyclists from around the regional and across the country.  The ride starts and finishes on City Hall Plaza in downtown Boston, with a 10-mile or 40-mile route to choose from.

The TD Hub On Wheels citywide bike ride is fully supported and safe, with harbor views and hidden pathways, river greenways and Boston’s wonderful and eclectic neighborhoods. You haven’t seen the Hub until you’ve seen it on two wheels!

The Ride: You can choose to complete a 10- or 40-mile long route. To re-open Storrow Drive in a timely fashion, anyone not reaching the 10-mile turnaround by 9:30 a.m. will be turned back early. Many other roads along the 40-mile course are open to traffic. Marshals will be along all routes to make sure there’s plenty of space to ride. Tech support and ride snacks are free of charge, including three stocked Rest Stop areas along the 40-mile route.  All rules of the road apply. Please ride safely and courteously.

Riding with children: Cyclists must be 12 years or older to ride the 10-mile loop. Children under 12 may participate only if riding with an adult on a tandem, trail-a-bike, bike seat, or trailer. Children 12-17 can register for a special $25 youth rate. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children of any age are allowed as tandem riders with an adult.

Rent a bike: Don’t have a bike but still want to ride? Reserve a bike today by contacting the official bike rental partner, Urban Adventours, at (617) 670‑0637 or at www.urbanadventours.com.

Support Us: This year, Hub On Wheels is proud to support Boston Children's Hospital, with $5 of your registration fee going to support the efforts to find a cure for pediatric cancer.  Please consider donating additional funds to the cause during the registration process, or clicking here to create a fundraising team.
